KOOTH is an online mental wellbeing community with free, safe and anonymous access to children and adolescent, offering: 

  • Free, anonymous support: free chat without having to provide the name

  • Real people, not bots: the professionals in chat service are real people who want to listen.

  • A safe space to talk: the Kooth chat service is a safe space for support accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychology (BACP).

CAMHS - Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

Havering CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) offers help to children and young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties.The services are available to families with children & young people - from birth to their 18th birthday.

They are a multi-disciplinary team based in a local clinic and offer support in a variety of areas such as assessment of development problems, autism, hyperactivity, depression, and early onset psychosis.
